Sign-Up Nights for 2026-27

Fall means the start of a new school year and Choice Pass Sign-Up Nights! Presentations will be given in Gunnison, Crested Butte, and Lake City. They are all IN PERSON and both parent/guardian and youth are required to attend. Youth need to be present so they understand what is being asked of them by making this commitment. Sign-up nights are also a great opportunity for families to revisit their family values and boundaries around youth substance use.
