We (Matt Estrada and John Hausdoerffer) seek to model balanced mountain living for the next generation. We have dedicated our lives to helping youth imagine and expand choices for a rich, dynamic life of adventure and connection with people and places. What better place than the Gunnison Valley for exemplifying this dynamism and what better people than Gunnisonites with whom to explore a balanced life!

As Grand Traverse training began in 2020, Hank Ebbott skied with us to pass the torch. Hank was John’s GT partner in 2019, and wanted to ski with us at Cranor Hill to express his deep support for the Choice Pass fundraising effort. A father of three Choice Pass children (Luke, June, and Jake), Hank joining us on this night shows the network of active and caring village elders necessary to inspire a healthy lifestyle!
